Confirmed Case of COVID-19 at KBMS

Dear Kepner Beacon Community,

It is our priority to keep you informed of incidents related to safety. We want to make you aware that a student or staff member has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

This student or staff member has been working or learning remotely 100% of the time, and has not been at school. We report both remote and in-person cases so that we have a well-rounded look at what is occurring within our community. Both remote and in-person cases that we track will appear on the DPS COVID-19 Dashboard.

If you have any concerns about your student’s health, we encourage you to contact the Denver Health School Based Health Center or your primary care provider for further evaluation. The Denver Health school based health clinics can provide a telehealth evaluation by a healthcare provider at no cost. If you know the location of the SBHC nearest you, call the center directly or call the School Based Health Clinic Information Line at 303-602-8958.

Dicho estudiante o miembro del personal ha estado estudiando o trabajando a distancia el 100 % del tiempo y no ha asistido a la escuela. Les informamos de los casos a distancia y los casos presenciales para tener una visión integral de los que sucede en nuestra comunidad. Tanto los casos a distancia como los presenciales a los que hacemos seguimiento se reflejarán en el Panel de control del COVID-19 de DPS.

Si tienen alguna inquietud respecto a la salud de su estudiante, les aconsejamos que se comuniquen con las clínicas escolares de Denver Health o con su médico de cabecera para recibir una mejor evaluación. Un proveedor de servicios de salud de las clínicas escolares de Denver Health puede proveer una evaluación telemédica sin costo alguno.
